I specialise in a number of martial arts namely - kickboxing, Thai boxing, western boxing, self defence, MMA and submission grappling. I also specialise in helping fighters with their conditioning as well as strength training/powerlifting.
My aim as a trainer is to combine my extensive wealth of martial arts knowledge and experience; teaching, training and competing with a boundless knowledge of training and fitness methods collated over the past 10 years as a professional athlete.
I offers 1-2-1 training sessions, aswell as small group training sessions.
