What is stickboxing?

STICK BOXING is a Filipino martial art formally known as balintawak. The movements are very much likened to 'boxing with a stick". stick BOXING IS A 3-in-1 system which SIMULTANEOUSLY PROVIDES protective strategies against blunt, bladed, or bare-handed attacks. 

 

I have no prior experience, can I still attend?

Absolutely! Our workshop caters to all levels, including beginners.

 

Do I need a certain level of fitness to attend?

No.  all fitness levels will be capable of learning the art.

Do I need to bring any equipment with me?

No. Any equipment needed will be provided on the day.
